Our expertise
Fastening the future together
1
Co-design
Our responsive engineering department works with you to design efficient, high-performance solutions that meet market demands. We use technological tools for rapid, low-cost, specialized prototyping.
2
Sourcing materials
We select our suppliers carefully, in line with our corporate culture and QHSE policy. As a result, 100% of our suppliers are European and 90% less than 500 km from our plant.
3
Manufacturing
Our 130 machines enable us to produce over 1 million parts a day. Our technological facilities and technical expertise enable us to achieve an average of 3 PPM for large production runs.
4
Finishing & services
We are working on the internalization of various finishing processes to offer you an ever more complete service. In particular, we are working on tribofinishing or part sorting.
5
Quality control
Quality control is essential at LGC Industries. First and foremost, it is present at every stage of production, since all operators perform on a self-quality basis. At the end of production, a final pass is made to ensure a 1% parts return rate.
6
Logistics
Our logistics department ensures that all orders leave at the right time, in coordination with the production and project teams. Our expertise leads to a 97% deliverability rate.
7
Productivity Gains
We work along the entire production chain to improve our performance. We also ensure productivity gains throughout our collaboration with you.
8
Customer satisfaction
Feedback to the sales team after delivery is systematic. We make sure that every customer is satisfied, and that every area for improvement that you can point to is followed up rigorously.

The protolab: a design office 6x faster than the average

We have developed a responsive, multi-disciplinary design office to meet new market demands.
With a team of 5 experienced technicians, we work in codesign and eco-design to propose the most effective tailor-made solutions to meet your needs.

From 3D printing prototypes to large-scale industrial production runs, we optimize and make reliable our manufacturing processes for your machined and turned parts thanks to a high level of rigor in the APQP phases. Our ultra-fast, low-cost prototyping tools and our technical expertise give us the capacity to iterate often and quickly without the need to launch mass production parts.

For example, for Volkswagen we designed a prototype brake system mounting in less than 1 month, whereas the average prototype takes 6 months to validate. This enabled us to win the contract and save our customer precious time.
